What Is Rytr?
Rytr is an AI tool for professionals who manage client and contact relationships. Its Engage product reads connected sources such as Gmail, Slack and calendars. It then shows who needs you, prepares meeting briefs and drafts follow-ups. Its Create product is a writing assistant for emails, posts and ads. A browser extension brings both into Gmail, Slack and other text boxes.
Who Should Use Rytr?
Rytr is useful for founders, sales teams, client-service professionals, recruiters and operators who keep track of many contacts. Marketers and freelancers who write emails, posts and ad copy can use Create. Buyers should check the limits on connected sources and active relationships, because both go up with each paid plan.

Rytr Key Features
Daily Briefing
The daily briefing lists who needs you today. Items are sorted into action items, FYI items and meetings, with a reason for each. Free includes a daily briefing. Pro adds morning and evening briefings, which helps people who check in twice a day.
Meeting Prep and Follow-Up Drafts
Rytr builds a meeting brief from your calendar and related context, including what changed and open items. It also tracks promises made in email, Slack and meetings and prepares drafts for follow-ups you owe. Drafts wait for your approval, and you can edit them first.
Relationship Memory and Ask Rytr
Relationship memory keeps one current picture of each contact, including open promises. You can correct or remove what it stores. Ask Rytr answers questions about people or topics and lets you open the sources behind each answer. Plans set how many active relationships you can keep.
Create Writing Assistant
Create is the writing product. It drafts or rewrites emails, follow-ups, LinkedIn posts, ad copy, headlines and blog outlines from rough notes or existing text. Users can pick warm, direct, playful or formal tones and save style rules once. The Create page lists 38 languages.
Browser Extension
The browser extension adds Engage and Create to Gmail, Slack, LinkedIn and other text boxes. In Gmail and Slack it can summarize threads and draft replies. It can also improve, shorten or expand selected text, with a preview before anything changes. Users can turn it off for each site.
Should You Use Rytr?
Rytr suits professionals who want one tool to track contacts, prepare for meetings and write follow-ups. The Free plan lets buyers try the basics, but it has one connected source and 25 active relationships. Paid plans raise those limits, and only Pro includes all sources and custom use cases.
