Agreement
These Terms govern your use of https://freemiumaitools.com (the "Website"), operated by FreemiumAItools ("we", "us"). By using the Website, you agree to them. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Website, and at least 18 to submit a tool or buy any service from us.
What the Website is
FreemiumAItools is an independent directory and blog about AI tools and software. We do not own or operate the tools we list, and we are not a party to any deal between you and a software provider. You cannot buy anything directly through the Website.
Tool submissions
- All submissions are reviewed by hand before publication.
- We may edit, categorize, approve, reject, archive, unpublish or delete any submission or listing at any time, including to improve clarity, accuracy, SEO or compliance.
- You confirm that your information is accurate, that you own the tool or are authorized to submit it, and that you have the right to use every logo, image and text you upload.
- You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, edit, display and publish your submission on the Website and in promoting the directory.
- We may contact you by email about your submission.
Paid services
After a free tool submission is approved, we may offer a $9 sponsored website-link upgrade and a $99 full Blog review package. The $9 plan covers link placement only. The full package may include hands-on tool use, original writing, screenshots, a verified badge and eligible future editorial placements. There is currently no online checkout; scope and payment method are confirmed by email. See our Refund Policy for refunds.
Editorial independence
Listing a tool does not mean we endorse, certify or verify its claims. Claims made by tool providers are their own. Tool website links from free submissions use the nofollow attribute, while paid link placements use the sponsored attribute. The $9 link upgrade does not include a team-written review. A separately agreed full-review package is published as a disclosed Blog article.
Rules of use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, illegal, defamatory, discriminatory or abusive content.
- Pretend to be another person or company.
- Upload anything you do not have permission to use, or any malware.
- Try to access the admin panel or protected areas without permission.
- Scrape or overload the Website in a harmful way.
- Manipulate rankings, reviews or directory data.
- Violate anyone’s intellectual property or privacy rights.
We may remove content and block access if these rules are broken.
Intellectual property and copyright complaints
We own or license the Website’s design, original content, branding, code and directory compilation. Third-party tool names, logos, screenshots and trademarks belong to their owners and appear for identification, commentary and comparison only. They do not imply partnership or endorsement.
If you believe content on the Website infringes your copyright, email freemiumaitools@gmail.com with the subject “Copyright Notice”, a description of the work, the URL of the material, your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Third-party sites and products
We do not control third-party websites or products, and we are not responsible for their content, security, pricing, availability or policies. Using them is at your own risk.
Disclaimer of warranties
THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AVAILABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT, THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS OR SITES, OR USER-SUBMITTED CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE RELEVANT SERVICE IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS OR US $100. Some states do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses arising from content you submit or your breach of these Terms or any law.
Termination and changes
We may suspend access or remove content at any time if we believe these Terms are broken or to protect the Website. We may change the Website or these Terms, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
