What Is Decktopus?

Decktopus is an AI presentation maker. You describe your topic or upload a file, and it builds a full deck with structure, text and design. It can also make carousels for LinkedIn and Instagram, and it can pull your brand colors, fonts and logo from a website URL. A second tool, Loop, coaches you to present the deck with AI feedback.

How Does Decktopus Work?

1. Describe your topic in Studio, or upload a file or notes.
2. Add your website URL if you want Decktopus to apply your brand colors, fonts and logo.
3. Decktopus generates the deck. Use Edit with AI to change slides with a prompt, or Edit Text to type changes yourself.
4. Practice in Loop. It simulates audience questions and gives feedback on pacing and clarity.
5. Share a link, or export the deck as PDF, PPT or PNG.

Decktopus Pricing and Plans

The screenshot shows one plan, Pro, with three billing options. Annual costs $9.99 a month, billed $119.88 a year. The 3-Month option costs $19.99 a month, billed $59.97 every three months. Monthly costs $24.99 a month. The crossed-out $24.99 on the first two options is the monthly price. Pro includes 750 AI credits a month, which is about 150 slides. Credits are units used to pay for AI features. The screenshot does not show Business or Enterprise plans.

Is Decktopus Free?

Not exactly. Decktopus says it has no free plan. New users get free credits at signup, enough to make a 3-slide presentation and try the platform. After that, you need a paid plan. Decktopus says paid plans can buy extra credit packs, and the packs never expire.

In Studio, you enter a topic or upload a file. Decktopus generates a presentation or carousel with structure, content and design together. Each slide costs 5 credits.

Brand Colors From Your Website

Enter your website URL during creation, and Decktopus pulls your brand colors, fonts and logo into the deck. Decktopus says branding imported from a URL is saved and reused on future decks.

Edit With AI

You can change slides by describing the change in plain words, or edit the text yourself. You can also restore a previous version from Version History or generate again with a new prompt.

Loop Delivery Coach

Loop uses four AI agents to prepare you for the room. They gather your goals, build your narrative and speaking notes, ask hard audience questions, and measure your pacing and filler words. Decktopus says Loop is included on Pro.

Beautify an Existing Presentation

Upload a file, and Decktopus redesigns the look, colors, layout and fonts. Your content stays as it is. You can use your own brand or let Decktopus pick a style.

Export and Sharing

You can export to PDF, PPT and PNG, each in standard or compressed quality. You can also share a link or present directly from Decktopus. Slide analytics and a custom domain are listed under the Business plan.
